Randy and Corry acted as both our selling and buying agent for the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one this past summer of 2021.  Their general real estate expertise and acumen and intuitive perception of our particular situation proved to be highly valuable for us.

• accurately and thoroughly assessed the area real estate market at the moment via experience and competence
• accurately and thoroughly assessed our particular status in that general market circumstance
• timely and effectively marketed our home in terms of price, advertisement and sale
• procured 11 offers in a single showing day; all of them above asking price
• properly evaluated offers as to the one most likely to consummate i.e. highest likelihood to close at the highest price
• executed the close of the sale by 1) attending carefully to clerical/procedural details, 2) predicting escrow issues, 3) persisting through obstacles, 4) resolving problems by action (even to the point of risking a monetary loss), 4) being where they said they would be when they said they would be
